Home Base Management Company ("HBM," "we," "us") operates gender-specific sober living homes in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and the website thehbm.co. Reaching out about a recovery residence is personal — for you or for someone you love — so we keep this policy short, honest, and in plain language.

Information we collect

What you give us. When you use our contact form, call, or email, we receive what you share: your name, email address, phone number, whether you're a prospective resident, family member, or referring professional, which home you're interested in, and anything you write in your message.

Please don't send health details. We are a sober living residence operator, not a healthcare provider, and this website is not the place for medical information. If clinical details matter to your situation, we'll cover them the right way — in a phone conversation.

Phone calls. The phone number on this site may be a tracked number. Call-tracking technology tells us that a call came from our website or an ad (number dialed, time, duration) so we know what's working. If a call is ever recorded, you'll be told at the start of the call.

Website analytics. We use basic, privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, general region, device type). We do not build advertising profiles of visitors, and we never sell visitor data. Embedded content, such as a video tour hosted on another platform, may set its own cookies under that platform's policy.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up — that's the whole point of the form.
• To run our homes and our waitlist (knowing who asked about which home, and when).
• To understand which pages and ads bring people to us, so we can do more of what helps.
• To meet legal, safety, and record-keeping obligations.

We contact you only because you asked us to — that's what the consent checkbox on our form means. If you'd rather not hear from us anymore, say so and we'll stop.

What we share — and what we never do

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make this site work — website hosting, form delivery and email, and call tracking — and only so they can do those jobs. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect someone's safety.

Resident and home privacy

You may notice we don't publish the street addresses of Scottie's Sanctuary or Benson's Bayou anywhere on this site. That's deliberate. Our residents' privacy and safety come first, so we reference our location at the city level only — Cherry Hill, New Jersey — and share addresses personally during the admissions conversation.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep inquiry information as long as we need it to respond to you and run our homes, then dispose of it. You can ask us at any time to see what we have about you, correct it, or delete it — email contact@thehbm.co and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our homes serve adults, and this website is not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and adjust the effective date at the top of the page.
